Redemption

Redemption is a v2 of a stool made in my Foundation year at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. The piece replicates and amplifies the feeling of riffling playing cards pressing against a magician’s thumb - a call back to my past as a performer. In the form of a stool of course.

MassArt’s 150 Championship

“The Belt” was poured in the foundry and assembled on the 10th floor of tower at MassArt. Casted in solid bronze (8.5lb) and attached to hand sewn and snapped leather - “The Belt” showcases all the main areas of campus which includes 2D 3D Fine Arts, Design, Media, Art History, and Education. Worn down as if it survived 150 years in the archive. A second belt was made and gifted to President Mary K. Grant on behalf of The Foundry and myself.

Strange Places

“Strange Places” (2023) is a collaborative work between Kub0 and myself. The piece visualizes his first ambient ep by the same name, and invites the viewer to interact and connect with the ep in a physical sense.

Let’s Shake on It

“Let’s Shake on It” (2021) is meant to simulate the nervous tendencies of trying to upkeep professionalism in everyday life. By leaving the only identifiable feature of a humanoid figure, the hand, it takes away the emotional connection one may have with an individual, leaving the machine to do the rest.
